& Funding options
Little Daisy Occupational Therapy provides services to children and families who are under the following funding schemes:

Privately funded. Private health insurance can be claimed with most funds, and rebates will depend on your individual provider.

Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CMDP). This requires a referral from a GP which entitles you up to five subsidised Allied Health sessions. Eligibility should be discussed with your GP.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self-managed or plan managed.
Initial Assessment & Therapy Plan
$387.98
+ additional travel fee if mobile service required

This includes 60-minutes face-face and 60-minutes of therapy planning & documentation.
Individual Therapy Sessions
$193.99 per hour
+ additional travel fee if mobile service required
​
We offer 60 or 75 minute sessions. This includes direct therapy, parent coaching, resource making & documentation.
Written Reports
$193.99 per hour
​
This may include Occupational Therapy assessment reports or NDIS reports.
Therapist will discuss with you how much time is needed dependent on the report requested.
All fees are based on and subject to change, in accordance with NDIS guidelines. Please get in touch to discuss payment options and subsidies.
